We do it through various avenues of testosterone replacement, peptides, wave therapies, and many other ancillary products to help men feel their best!Position SummaryThe Patient Relationship Coordinator (PRC) is a key driver of the Limitless Way Patient Experience, serving as the first and last point of contact for patients while ensuring a seamless, efficient, and welcoming clinic environment.This role is responsible for managing clinic flow, coordinating patient visits, and supporting communication across teams—all while delivering an experience rooted in Excellence, Empowerment, Expertise, Efficiency, and Empathy.The PRC plays a critical role in ensuring every patient interaction is smooth, informed, and aligned with our commitment that “Performance Meets Care.”THE LIMITLESS WAY IN ACTIONAs a PRC, you are expected to bring the Limitless Way to life in every interaction:Excellence: Create a professional, welcoming environment and anticipate patient needsEmpowerment: Help patients feel confident, informed, and supported in their care journeyExpertise: Communicate clearly and accurately about services, processes, and next stepsEfficiency: Respect patients’ time through organized scheduling and streamlined workflowsEmpathy: Foster a respectful, judgment-free experience where patients feel understoodPrimary ResponsibilitiesPatient Experience & EngagementGreet and engage patients with professionalism, positivity, and respectEnsure patients feel welcomed, informed, and supported throughout their visitProvide clear, simple communication regarding appointments, services, and next stepsSupport a consistent, high-quality experience across all patient interactionsClinic Flow & CoordinationManage scheduling to optimize patient flow and clinic efficiencyEnsure accuracy of appointment types, timing, and provider alignmentPrepare for upcoming clinic days by reviewing schedules and patient needsCoordinate with clinical staff to minimize wait times and support timely roomingFront Office OperationsCheck patients in and out accurately, including documentation and payment processingMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient records within EMR and CRM systemsSupport billing follow-up, including communication on outstanding balancesAssist with administrative tasks that support daily clinic operationsPatient Communication & Follow-UpContact new patients to schedule appointments and provide necessary informationConfirm upcoming appointments and support rescheduling as neededCommunicate patient needs, requests, and follow-ups to appropriate team membersAssist in ensuring patients stay connected and engaged with their care plansTeam Collaboration & Cross-Functional SupportCollaborate with PRCs, PEMs, and clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experienceSupport team members as needed to maintain clinic flow and patient satisfactionAssist with room readiness, inventory awareness, and general clinic organizationContribute to a positive, team-oriented culture with shared accountabilityLIMITLESS WAY STAFF EXPECTATIONSTake ownership of each patient interaction and ensure no patient feels overlookedCommunicate clearly, set expectations, and follow through consistentlyDemonstrate professionalism, confidence, and a patient-first attitudeWork collaboratively with a unity of purpose, supporting team members across rolesContribute to the overall success of the clinic through engagement, accountability, and teamworkRequirementsQUALIFICATIONS: Strong interpersonal and communication skillsHighly organized with attention to detailAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentProficient in EMR, CRM systems, and Microsoft OfficeProfessional, positive, and patient-centered mindsetAdditional InformationThis role may support cross-functional tasks within scope of training and clinical needsThe PRC contributes to clinic success through patient engagement, operational excellence, and team collaborationThe above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for the performance of this job.
