Details: $16.00-17.00/hour 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift openings Marion, IL Responsibilities for Electronics Team Member: Demonstrate great work ethic that includes working as scheduled and meeting performance expectations Assembly of small components for automobiles Fill out production actual record once per hour. Will perform other reasonably related tasks within the Company as required by the Supervisor or Manager Perform continuous quality control inspections of components to ensure that all pieces and processes meet company standards Maintain company standards regarding OSHA regulations, recycling, and safety to ensure that everyone can work in a safe and clean work environment Requirements for Electronics Team Member: Previous work-related experience is beneficial Must be able to work 12-hour shifts and overtime hours when needed Must be able to meet the requirements for a fit-for- work physical to demonstrate the ability to perform the necessary functions of the job.
