Job Title: Operations - Document Management Coordinator Work Location: Williamson, New York, 14589Duration- 12+MonthsJob Description: The Document Management Coordinator writes, reviews, or executes plans for testing new or established document management systems.Analyze, interpret, or disseminate system performance data.Search electronic sources, such as databases or repositories, or manual sources for information.Primary tasks for this individual will be documenting PMs, CILs, Centerlines and Standard Work based on OEM recommendations working with plant and project staff.Skillset: strong interpersonal skills, written communication, and computer skills. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams desired. SAP experience is a bonus.Background: Writing/technical writing, engineering, or manufacturingWe are looking for someone who can accurately document complex processes in ways that are clear and understandable using words and images.
