Dr. MobiCare is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner with experience or interest in wound care to join our clinical team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support healing and overall wellness. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive physical exams and wound assessments for patients with acute and chronic conditionsEvaluate wound-related conditions and comorbidities to support optimal healing outcomesPerform wound debridement and dressing changes in accordance with clinical best practicesDevelop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the Medical Director and care teamAccurately document patient encounters, procedures, and communications in the EMR within 24 hoursEducate patients and caregivers on wound care, prevention strategies, and chronic condition managementCommunicate effectively with primary care providers, specialists, and interdisciplinary teamsCollaborate with clinical staff and leadership to maintain efficient workflowsParticipate in clinical meetings, training, and quality improvement initiativesAdvocate for patients by ensuring access to appropriate care and follow-up servicesMaintain compliance with clinical, regulatory, and safety standardsStay current with CMS guidelines, documentation requirements, and best practicesMaintain licensure and pursue ongoing education in wound care and related specialtiesPerform additional duties as assignedQualificationsActive, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in applicable state(s)Clinical experience in wound care or a related specialty preferred but will trainStrong skills in debridement, and care planningExcellent communication and documentation skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a clinical teamWhat We OfferMonday–Friday schedule (no weekends)Competitive compensationMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance401(k) with employer matchPaid Sick Leave and Paid Time Off (PTO)Mileage reimbursement100% employer-paid malpractice insuranceOngoing training and professional development opportunitiesMentorship and continuous coachingCustomized uniforms, lab coats, and professional materialsWhy Join Dr. MobiCare?When you join our team, you’re not just taking a job—you’re building a career.
