Process Control Engineer

Rinvio is hiring a Process Control Engineer for industrial automation, controls, and process improvement work in the Wickliffe, Kentucky area. Pay: Pay negotiable based on experience Location: Wickliffe, KY Schedule: Full-time project/plant support work; schedule may vary by project and site needs Type: Contract Responsibilities Program, troubleshoot, and optimize DCS and PLC systems including DeltaV, Honeywell, Allen-Bradley, and Siemens platforms Tune PID control loops and improve process stability, reliability, and throughput Integrate field devices using HART, Modbus, EtherNet/IP, Profibus, and related industrial communication protocols Lead or support automation upgrades, migrations, commissioning, and system expansion projects Analyze process data and implement continuous improvement strategies for plant performance Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and project teams to resolve control-system issues Requirements Process controls, automation, or controls engineering experience in an industrial environment Hands-on experience with DCS and/or PLC systems such as DeltaV, Honeywell, Allen-Bradley, or Siemens Strong understanding of PID loop tuning, process stability, control strategy, and plant troubleshooting Experience with field device integration and industrial protocols such as HART, Modbus, EtherNet/IP, or Profibus Ability to support automation upgrades, migrations, commissioning, and system expansions Comfort analyzing process data and recommending practical continuous improvement actions Reliable transportation to the Wickliffe, KY area Must be professional, safety-minded, and able to complete any site onboarding requirements Benefits Pay negotiable based on experience Industrial process controls and automation-focused opportunity Opportunity to support meaningful system improvements and upgrades Professional recruiting support from Rinvio #J-18808-Ljbffr
