Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Licensed Psychologist role based in Queens, NY. The responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments and diagnostics. The Licensed Psychologist will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to address mental health challenges, provide consultations, and offer guidance for both individuals and groups. Additional duties include maintaining accurate clinical records and staying updated on best practices in psychological care. Qualifications Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in Psychology and Mental Health, including maintaining up-to-date understanding of evidence-based practices.Proficiency in Psychological Assessment to evaluate individual needs and develop effective treatment plans.Strong skills in Counseling and Medicine, with the ability to address complex emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on empathy and active listening.Licensed Psychologist or Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited program.Current and valid licensure as a Psychologist in the state of New York.Experience working in mental health settings is highly beneficial.Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in clinical practice.
