Financial Planning And Analysis ManagerResponsible for leading and coordinating the overall day-to-day budgeting and forecasting activities of the organization to support the needs and requirements of the Company. The role will also be responsible for overseeing all the financial planning and analysis activities of the Company.Review the monthly management reports and the detailed explanations of variances between actuals, budget and forecasts.Develop metrics for departments to monitor monthly and quarterly financial changes, headcount, forecast, capital expense tracking, and other financial reporting.Work with the senior executives to understand the business to be able to develop financial models to support the strategic initiatives of the company.Take a lead role in the selection and implementation of a budgeting and BI software solutions.Oversee the cap table and stock option process.Oversee the treasury management and oversee bank negotiations to increase returns and lower fees and ensure adequate security.Project manage Finance department ensuring work is assigned appropriately, and deadlines are met.Lead the finance team in acquisitions including due diligence, modeling and onboarding.Hire, train and develop staff.This position assumes and performs other duties as assigned.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
