This role primarily focuses on picking and packing orders and requires employees to be on their feet for the entire shift. Ideal candidates are team-oriented, dependable, and able to meet productivity goals.Project Duties:Dismantling warehouse racksRepacking inventoryRebuilding racksStrong performers may be considered for long-term rolesPay Rates$16.50/hour - (Mon-Thurs) 4 am to 2 pm OR 6 am to 4 pm$17.50/hour - (Fri-Sun) 4 am to 4 pm OR 6 am to 6 pmJob DutiesPicking orders using scan gunsOperating pallet jacksTransporting orders to the packing areaPacking items accurately and efficientlyMust be available to work required holidays, including Memorial Day and the 4th of July.Schedule both shift start times to be 4 am or 6 amWeekday Shift: Monday-Thursday (10-hour shifts)Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday (12-hour shifts)Employees will be standing and walking throughout the entire shiftDress Code & Work EnvironmentClosed-toe shoes required (no steel toe required)No hoodies, leggings, sweats, or long skirtsNo climate-controlled environmentPersonal items must be kept in vehiclesHiring ProcessNo client interview requiredMust complete and pass:Background screeningDrug screeningOn-site onboarding (includes facility tour)RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsComfortable standing/walking for the entire shiftReliable attendance and strong work ethicMust have reliable transportation (within ~10-mile range preferred)Apply TodayDue to high demand and limited onboarding slots, apply ASAP to secure your spot!
