We are the largest healthcare provider in LTC in the region, and we have an outstanding team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and therapists.As we expand our services in to Florida, we are looking for a motivated Account Executive to join our team.Account Executive - Base Salary + CommissionThe ideal candidatehas an energizing personality and a positive attitudehas initiative to work independently on a daily basisthrives on giving clients a good experience with the companyhas previous knowledge and/or the ability to learn quickly about the LTC medical industry, and is comfortable using technologyThe Main Functions Of The Account Executive AreRetaining current accountsDeveloping and growing new accounts throughout the assigned territoryConnecting and maintaining relationships with Corporate Management CompaniesPosition DetailsTERRITORY: Tallahassee and Surrounding areasWeekly review and strategy meetings with Business Development and Exec. TeamRoutine traveling for face-to-face client visits within your territory. Some overnight travel is expectedTrain and educate new LTC staff on MDB referral process and help improve LTC referral habitsFrequent correspondence by phone and emailMarket and coordinate new lines of service in facilitiesPerform service line reviewsOrganize meetings, events, and other opportunities to make MDB’s presence known to LTCs and related relationships in your territoryDaily use of our CRM (client relationship management) softwareCommunicate any client issues up the chain quicklyOther marketing/sales projects as neededRequirements Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or related fields Must maintain a current driver’s license and able to travel Preferred experience of 2 years of communications/marketing experience Outstanding written communication and presentation skills Friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude Ability to learn CRM and other computer programs Detail-orientated with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time Independent, organized, and motivated to work
