Case Manager-UR/Case Mgmt, Full Time, Day Shift

JOB TITLE: RN, UR/Case ManagementREPORTS TO: Director, UR/Case ManagementPOSITION SUMMARY: Conducts all activities connected with case management for all patients in the hospital. Maintains current knowledge of all regulations. Performs all other duties as assigned.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: A minimum of one year of UR experience in an acute care setting preferred.
