The organization serves a broad customer base, including Fortune 500 companies and global industry leaders, reflecting significant reach and impact within the technology sector.About the OpportunityThe Senior Technical Program Manager brings structure, visibility, and coordination to the security organization while balancing proactive initiatives with urgent business needs. This role manages priorities, dependencies, and execution across multiple security teams while facilitating collaboration with product, engineering, and other business functions. The position offers an opportunity to establish scalable processes, improve security operations, and influence broader company-wide planning and execution.Responsibilities• Manage workflows, project tracking, timelines, and dependencies across multiple security teams.• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that communicate security risk, program health, progress, and key dependencies to leadership.• Coordinate closely with primary security teams while providing program support to other security functions as needed.• Prioritize initiatives when demand exceeds available capacity and clearly communicate decisions, trade-offs, and impacts to stakeholders.• Design and implement lightweight processes that improve team effectiveness without creating unnecessary administrative overhead.• Establish effective collaboration practices between security and other departments, including product and engineering.• Identify cross-functional dependencies, risks, and blockers and drive them toward resolution.• Facilitate planning, execution, and status communication across complex programs with multiple stakeholders.• Use sound judgment to navigate ambiguity and evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.• Expand program management impact by contributing to broader organizational processes related to planning, prioritization, and execution.Requirements• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, technical program management, operations, or a related field.• Proven experience managing broad, cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies.• Ability to operate effectively in a horizontal role across diverse teams and functions.• Experience building and improving processes in complex or rapidly evolving environments.• Strong stakeholder management and consultative partnership skills.• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and communicate trade-offs clearly.• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make effective decisions in ambiguous situations.• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling organization where processes and priorities continue to evolve.• Security industry or security program experience is beneficial but not required.Pay Range and Compensation Package• Base salary range: $153,000–$180,000 USD.Benefits & Perks• Medical insurance• Dental insurance• Vision insurance• 401(k) retirement planEqual Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
