Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mental Health Clinician based in Dedham, MA. The role involves providing direct clinical services such as conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering individual, group, or family therapy sessions. The clinician will also participate in case consultations and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create tailored care strategies. While the primary location is at the Dedham clinic, some remote work flexibility is available. Qualifications Experience in Social Work, Case Management, and managing clients' care plansProficiency in Psychology, including understanding mental health diagnoses and treatment approachesExpertise in Family Therapy and working with diverse family dynamicsKnowledge of Behavioral Health frameworks and therapeutic interventionsValid licensure in mental health practice (such as LICSW, LMHC, or equivalent) in the state of MassachusettsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to collaboration and client-focused careProficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systemsMaster's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required
