Job Description Under limited supervision, performs a variety of routine and semiskilled tasks involving general maintenance and/or repair of client facilities, equipment and grounds.Roles and Responsibilities:Maintenance - Drywall repair, painting, plumbing and minor carpentry.Operates power tools and site mobile equipment - forklift and aerial liftTraining for job duties provided by company as requiredHigh school diploma or GED requiredClean driving recordStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to function as a team member in a demanding service environmentAbility to handle multiple projects with a minimum of directionSome knowledge of computers preferredSound judgement and a high level of work ethicMust have the ability to complete required safety classes that pertain to specific job dutiesPerforms all work in accordance with company safety proceduresOperates power tools and site mobile equipmentWe encourage diverse candidates to applySalary Range:The expected rate for this position ranges from $31 to $34 hourly. The actual hourly rate will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held.
