Speech-Language Pathologist

*Job description:* Soliant Education is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to join our team for a school district in Connecticut. We're looking for an SLP with a passion for working with young students who need support in their language and communications development! *Position Details:* * Speech-Language Pathologist * Full-Time Contract for Next School Year * Monday-Friday * 36.5 hours / week * $60-$72/hour * K-12 School Caseload *Responsibilities:* * Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' speech and language abilities. * Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs and goals. * Provide therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders. * Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into the educational curriculum. * Maintain detailed and accurate records of assessment results and therapy progress. * Attend Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals and objectives. * Stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field of speech-language pathology. *Requirements:* * Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. * Valid State license or eligibility to obtain one to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist. * Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred. *Benefits:* * Competitive compensation package with additional travel benefits. * Housing allowance or accommodation assistance during the contract period. * Travel reimbursement for approved work-related travel expenses. * Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage. * Professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
