Litigation Paralegal

Our client is a law firm in NJ, and they are looking for a Litigation Paralegal to join their team.Responsibilities:Support attorneys in managing litigation casesPrepare, format, and verify legal documentsHandle e-filing in state and federal courts.Conduct legal research and draft memoranda.Organize and maintain case files, including evidence and discovery materials.Assist in trial preparation, including creating exhibits and deposition summaries.Qualifications:Paralegal certification or equivalent experience.3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal at a litigation-focused law firm or personal injury firm.Strong understanding of corporate governance laws and regulations.Excellent organizational, research, and communication skills.Must be open to working on site in the NJ office 4 days a week.Spanish speaking is a plusManagement experince is a plus The annual base salary range is $65,000 to $85,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
