Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and/or the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, waiting areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.; Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit activity in accordance with site policies, assisting with visitor direction and credential checks when required.; Support staff and emergency personnel during medical, behavioral, and/or facility-related events by relaying information, maintaining order, and following post instructions.
