Centralized Payment Services Coordinator - Entry Level
POSITION SUMMARYEnsures delivery of excellent customer service through accurate and fast processing of payments and contracts. Provides support for Healthcare Professionals, Pharma employees and the suppliers who work on behalf of the Pharma company. Communicates and coordinates with other team members/departments in order to fulfill customers needs. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Customer Service Support by managing the dedicated phone lines, general inboxes and chat/text functionality from key stakeholders during operational hours of 8:30am-5:00pm Expertise on the website tools including management of user accounts, troubleshooting and assisting users with navigating through the sites Processing of all speaker fee-for-service and expense payments Review speaker contracts to ensure payment amounts are accurate Calculate travel stipends Review speaker expense submissions for accuracy (ensuring there is proper supporting documentation, and submissions are aligned to client guidelines) Review W9 forms Responsibilities include excellent customer service delivery, metrics reporting, quality assurance, understanding of and adherence to metrics, processes and procedures Contract generation using approved templates Adherence to various policies (i.e. confidentiality, privacy, intellectual property) Participate in user acceptance testing Job Qualifications: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills and must be able to follow client guidelines Strong written and verbal communication skills (interacting with external and internal stakeholders) Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking often to meet fluctuating client/company priorities Must be able to solve problems and prioritize workload Flexibility for overtime is required Position requires a professional demeanor, strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Product Suite, particularly Excel. Individual must be a team player with a strong work ethic and lead by example.
