End User Support

Position: End User SupportCompensation: $20 - $28 /hour, depending on experienceLocation: Kansas City, MissouriInceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled End User Support Technician to join their team!Join a dynamic team where you'll be at the forefront of supporting end users at a leading company. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving computer-related issues, ensuring seamless operations for employee-owners and contingent workers. This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your technical skills in a collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities & Duties:Provide technical assistance with strong emphasis on customer supportImage, configure, and install computer systemsTroubleshoot hardware and technical incidentsResolve tickets and provide timely resolutionsSupport customers seeking technical assistance in person or remotelyPerform inventory and track device assignmentsAssist with new hire desk setups and office movesPartner with IT Service Owners for complex issue resolutionProvide tier-1 AV hardware troubleshootingRequired Qualifications & Experience:High School Diploma/GEDKnowledge of computer hardware and operating systemsStrong communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamSelf-starter attitudeNice to Have Skills & Experience:Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systemsKnowledge of AV hardware troubleshootingFamiliarity with inventory tracking systemsPerks & Benefits:3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insuranceVoluntary and Long-term disability insurancePaid time off, 401k, and holiday payWeekly direct deposit or pay card depositIf you are interested in learning more about the End User Support opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
