You will work alongside our macOS and Infrastructure engineers to bring world class products to market.We are looking for an engineering manager with experience empowering teams to ship large-scale, mission-critical enterprise software.How You Will Make a Difference Day to Day:Lead a team of talented engineers who like to ship high-quality code and tackle hard engineering problemsUnderstand and report on progress and pacing of initiativesCreate a collaborative work environment that fosters autonomy, inclusivity, innovation, learning, respect, and transparency while holding a high bar for craftsmanshipContribute to and/or execute on the organization's vision and standards around security, quality, observability, and clean codeShare your knowledge with team members by reviewing code, collaborating on design documents, giving technical talks, formal mentorship, and JIT feedbackCollaborate closely with the Design and Product teams to ensure that your team has a well-defined roadmapCollaborate with other engineering teams to identify, and successfully evangelize opportunities to improve engineering productivity, code quality, automated testing, or other engineering best practicesFacilitate the squad's agile meetings by taking on the scrum master roleWe'd love to hear from you if you have:7+ years of experience designing, building and deploying scalable frontend and backend applications leveraging modern languages and frameworks (Python, Django, FastAPI and React preferred)2+ years of hands-on technical leadership and people management experienceExperience driving the design and implementation of large-scale initiatives for SaaS productsExperience working in high growth startup environments and comfortable balancing tactical and strategic considerationsDeep understanding of agile methodologies/mindset and experience facilitating agile ceremoniesThrives in an environment with a high level of autonomy and responsibilityStrong communication skills with a customer focusQuality first mindsetExceptional verbal and written communication skillsRequired to work on-site 5x a week in our Miami office (Coral Gables).Nice to haves, but NOT required:* Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).* Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.Benefits & PerksCompetitive salary100% individual and dependent medical + dental + vision coverage401(K) with a 4% company match20 days PTOFlexibility to work from anywhere for up to 30 days per yearIru Wellness Week the first week in JulyEquity for full-time employeesLunch stipend provided Monday through FridayUp to 16 weeks of paid leave for new parentsPaid Family and Medical LeaveModern Health mental health benefits for individuals and dependentsFertility benefitsWorking Advantage employee discountsOnsite fitness centerFree parkingExciting opportunities for career growthWe are excited to be serving a significant need for a fast-growing market, and are proud of the high-performing team we have brought together so far.
