In this role, you’ll serve as a highly trusted partner to senior leadership, driving alignment, optimizing time, and ensuring seamless execution of priorities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and is known for anticipating needs and delivering with precision.What You’ll DoManage complex executive calendars, aligning schedules with strategic prioritiesServe as a gatekeeper for time, communications, and competing demandsOversee executive inboxes and ensure timely, accurate follow-upPrepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, and executive contextAttend meetings, capture notes, and drive accountability on action itemsCoordinate logistics for meetings, events, and executive engagementsSupport execution of key business initiatives and cross-functional prioritiesTrack deliverables, deadlines, and progress across multiple workstreamsIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiencyCoordinate detailed travel arrangements and itinerariesManage expenses, reporting, and administrative processes with accuracyMaintain CRM records and internal systemsCollaborate across teams including client service, operations, and leadershipSupport client interactions, presentations, and executive deliverablesAssist with events, business development efforts, and key initiativesWhat You BringBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience5–7+ years supporting senior leaders or C-suite executivesStrong expertise in calendar management, travel coordination, and executive communicationsExperience in fast-paced, client-focused, or professional services environments preferredProficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office SuiteExceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsHigh level of discretion, emotional intelligence, and attention to detailProven ability to manage multiple priorities and improve workflowsMust be authorized to work in the United StatesSuccessful completion of a credit and criminal background check is requiredCompensation & BenefitsThe estimated base salary range for this role is $98,000 – $135,000 per year. Compensation is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location.
