Licensing Senior Manager
Nicole Miller is seeking a dynamic Licensing Sr. Manager to drive and enhance our licensing programs across various fashion and lifestyle categories. This role requires a seasoned professional with 5-7+ years of experience in fashion or consumer brand licensing to oversee, optimize, and expand our licensing initiatives.Strategic Oversight: Collaborate with senior management to set and exceed strategic and financial objectives for licensing programs.Category and Relationship Management: Manage and foster partnerships with new and existing licensees including communications, product approvals, retail placement and compliance.Program Evaluation: Continuously assess the licensing program to ensure optimal utilization and rights exploitation.Partnership Development: Discover new business opportunities within existing programs and partner with the business development to identify and evaluate new licensing opportunities.Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for commercial agreements, renewals, and amendments, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders.Communication: Engage with licensees to discuss brand strategy, product development, financials, and marketing updates.Marketing & Retail Support: Collaborate with the marketing team and licensees on strategies (digital, social, in-store, trade) to elevate the brand, maximize product visibility, and drive sell-through.Brand Collaboration: Liaise with licensees and the corporate marketing department to align on brand messaging and initiatives.Financial Management: Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely royalty reporting and collections.J-18808-Ljbffr
