If they dont have that they would consider candidates with CIP but lets first search for TS.SCI w FSP before exploring candidates with only CIP.Requirements for all roles : Minimum of 3 years professional software development experience to include design, implementation, testing, analysis, debugging and demonstrated use of software configuration management tools. Software systems development and understanding of OS internals with at least one of the following: BSD/Linux/Unix, Windows, Mac OS, Android, and RISC assembly.Nice to have’s : Ability to reverse engineer code. Ability to work independently and as part of teams, in a fast paced development environment with constant changing priorities. An undergraduate or graduate degree or certifications in a relevant technical field. Demonstrated experience utilizing a diversity of development languages. In-depth understanding and/or implementation of Computer Network Exploitation and Attach techniques and methodologies, to include application and mitigation techniques. Demonstrated experience applying continuous integration and automated testing tools to software development practices. Android Mobile Application Developer: Experience each developing, testing, and debugging in C and Python. Demonstrated experience in Reverse Engineering and understanding of ARM's architecture. Desired experience developing, testing and debugging in C++ or JAVA.
