Job Description Crane Rigger – Construction SiteLocation: Sealy, TXCompany: Tiger Star Construction CorporationPosition Summary:The Crane Rigger is responsible for safely attaching, securing, and guiding loads during crane lifting operations on a construction site. This role works closely with crane operators and ground crews to ensure all lifting activities are performed efficiently and in compliance with safety standards.Job Responsibilities:Attach and secure loads to cranes using slings, chains, and rigging equipmentSignal crane operators during lifting and positioning of materialsInspect rigging equipment before use to ensure safety complianceEnsure loads are balanced, stable, and safely movedFollow OSHA and site safety regulations at all timesCoordinate with crane operators, supervisors, and ground crewAssist with general construction tasks as neededRequirements:Proven experience as a crane rigger in construction or industrial projectsKnowledge of rigging methods, load handling, and standard hand signalsAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditionsStrong safety awareness and communication skillsPhysically capable of lifting and handling heavy materialsPreferred Qualifications:• NCCCO Rigger Certification (or equivalent)• Signal Person Certification
