Analyze metrics, design reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.Essential Functions:25% Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs, identify functional requirements, and work with developers and system architects to design system concepts. 25% Analyze data, create, test, and refine reports, communicate findings, and obtain stakeholder approval for production implementation. 25% Prepare ad hoc analyses, research complex issues, develop reports, and recommend improvements to reporting processes. 15% Collaborate with another Business Analyst to capture, analyze, and manage requirements, supporting business operations development. 10% Assist developers and architects in designing system concepts from business and technical perspectives. Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field (or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree). Preferred: Experience turning data into meaningful analysis, developing ROI, and presenting to stakeholders. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Strong research and investigative skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Effective interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple demands in a fast-paced environment. Licenses/Certifications:Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) preferred upon hire.Top 5 Required Skills:Data and Reporting AnalyticsStrong T-SQL Server and ETL experienceFamiliarity with AccessProficiency with various data formatsAdvanced communication and customer service skillsAdditional:Health insurance experience preferred.
