In this role, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, while providing expert advice on real estate transactions. Day-to-day tasks include listing properties, conducting market research, handling client inquiries, facilitating property showings, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will also ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal real estate regulations while striving to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.QualificationsActive Real Estate License required to conduct transactions legally or in process of completionExperience in Real Estate and Real Property, including knowledge of market analysis and property valuationStrong Sales and negotiation skills to facilitate successful transactionsExcellent Customer Service skills to build lasting client relationships and address their needs effectivelyProactive communication, time management, and organizational abilitiesFamiliarity with relevant industry tools and technology is an advantageHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in real estate are a plusPassion for the real estate industry and a commitment to continuous professional improvement
