Senior Full Stack Developer

Position Overview Commerce House is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong experience building and maintaining modern websites and digital experiences from front end to back end. This role is ideal for a developer who is both technically strong and solutions-oriented, with the ability to collaborate across disciplines and bring digital work to life with precision and care. WordPress experience is required. Drupal experience is a plus. The right candidate will be comfortable working across CMS-driven websites, custom functionality, integrations, performance optimization, and ongoing site improvements. This person should be a strong problem solver, a self-starter, and a collaborative teammate who can move fluidly between independent execution and cross-functional partnership. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Dallas: Work from home Monday and Friday In office Tuesday through Thursday Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance websites and digital experiences across front-end and back-end systems Lead and support WordPress website development, including custom themes, templates, modules, and functionality Collaborate with designers, strategists, account leads, and project managers to turn requirements into effective digital solutions Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using modern web development best practices Manage CMS configuration, content structures, plugin/module implementation, and platform updates Support integrations with third-party tools, APIs, CRMs, forms, and marketing platforms Troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and site functionality challenges across environments Optimize websites for speed, usability, accessibility, and SEO best practices Conduct QA and help ensure clean, stable, scalable code across projects Contribute to workflow improvements, technical documentation, and development standards Qualifications 7+ years of experience in full stack web development Strong experience with WordPress development is required Experience with Drupal is a plus Experience with back-end development using PHP and CMS-based architecture Familiarity with custom theme development, plugin development, and CMS customization Experience with website integrations, APIs, and third-party platforms Understanding of responsive design, performance optimization, accessibility, and technical SEO Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and debugging skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-starter with strong attention to detail and a collaborative, can-do attitude Agency experience (nice-to-have) J-18808-Ljbffr
