Commercial Snow Plow Operator

We are seeking reliable and experienced commercial snow plow operators to support our growing snow removal operations throughout Chicagoland. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and able to respond promptly during snow events to help keep commercial properties safe and accessible. This is a seasonal position with opportunities for consistent work during snow events and potential ongoing opportunities with our commercial property maintenance services. Key Responsibilities: Operate snow plow equipment to service commercial properties Clear parking lots, drive lanes, and access points efficiently Assist with snow removal, relocation, and hauling as needed Apply salt and de-icing materials for ice management Communicate effectively with dispatch and management during snow events Skills Required: Experience with commercial snow plowing preferred Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work in winter weather conditions Attention to detail and safety Good communication skills Requirements: Valid driver’s license Ability to respond promptly during snow events, including nights and weekends Prior snow removal or plowing experience preferred High school education Perks: Competitive seasonal pay Consistent commercial work Opportunity for ongoing work through our commercial lawn maintenance services Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience and equipment Seasonal / part-time position
