Operations Manager – Landscape ProductionWe are a growing landscape company that is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead all field operations (maintenance, enhancements, tree, PHC, hardscape, safety, and snow). This role owns the Operations P&L and is responsible for building a culture of excellence, improving efficiency and margins, and mentoring team members.What you'll do:Lead day-to-day operations across service lines (maintenance, enhancements, tree, PHC, hardscape, safety, snow)Use Aspire, Excel, and metrics to drive production efficiency and margin improvementBuild and enforce processes, SOPs, training, and safety programsSplit time between office (60–70%) and field (30–40%), coaching crews and frontline leadersWhat we're looking for:5+ years leading multi-crew operations in landscaping/green industry/constructionStrong with numbers, job costing, and P&L ownershipVery comfortable in Excel and operations software (ideally Aspire)Proven track record of improving efficiency and margins through process and trainingAble to be both a data-driven operator and a hands-on field leader
