This role is a hands-on leadership position focused on execution, accountability, team development, client satisfaction, and scalable growth.This position reports to the Vice President of Commercial Operations and oversees managers, supervisors, and field personnel to ensure operational efficiency, quality service delivery, and financial performance.The ideal candidate is a growth-oriented operational leader who will invest long term in building structure, strengthening culture, and scaling the commercial services division over the next decade.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperational LeadershipOversee day-to-day operations of commercial service contractsEnsure services are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standardsDevelop efficient workflows and operational structureTeam Leadership & DevelopmentLead, coach, and develop managers, supervisors, and field personnelEstablish clear expectations, performance metrics, and accountability standardsConduct performance reviews and promote employee engagement and retentionFinancial OversightAssist in developing division budgetsMonitor expenses and revenue performanceSupport forecasting and cost-control initiativesClient & Stakeholder LeadershipMaintain strong communication with clients and key stakeholdersRepresent BGI professionally in meetings, negotiations, and project discussionsAddress operational issues promptly and ensure high customer satisfactionFacilitate collaboration among internal teams and external partnersOperational Excellence, Risk & Quality ManagementIdentify operational risks and implement proactive mitigation strategiesMonitor project progress and adjust resources as necessary to maintain efficiencyEnsure adherence to quality control processes and best practicesConduct post-project reviews to support continuous improvementSafety & ComplianceEnforce safety policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirementsEnsure services are delivered in accordance with contractual and legal standardsDocumentation & ReportingMaintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and recordsProvide regular operational updates and performance reports to Executive LeadershipBusiness Growth SupportAssist in identifying opportunities to expand service lines and improve market positionSupport proposal development and operational planning initiativesOther DutiesPerform other related responsibilities as assigned to support BGI's operational and strategic goals.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in construction management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams, delegate effectively, and resolve conflicts constructively.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.Experience with value engineering, cost control, and forecasting to maximize efficiency and profitability.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, executives, and field personnel.Solid understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations; data center construction experience is a plus.Proficiency in project management methodologies and software tools.Certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or OSHA 30-hour are a plus.Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.Ability to travel to project sites as needed.What We Offer:Pay Depending on ExperienceExcellent working environmentTeam building and bonding eventsGenerous benefits package100% Employer paid Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD for all FT employees.Dependents can be added with payroll contributions.Medical plans PPO or HDHP plan.Dependents can be added with payroll contributions.Abundant employer contribution for HSA enrollees.Accident, Critical Illness & Voluntary Life Insurance.Robust PTO plan and 11 paid holidays a year.Generous 401K, safe harbor program, up to 4% dollar-for-dollar match.$1,500 yearly personal development reimbursement for all levels of employees.Corporate gym membership rates at Orange Theory FitnessVeteran Support - Military Leave ProgramHow to Apply:If you are interested in this position and meet the qualifications, please submit your resume, cover letter, and salary expectations via the ADP portal.Banda Group International, LLC and BGI Security, LLC are proud veteran-owned companies committed to hiring those who have sacrificed for our country.
