This role combines end-to-end engagement ownership with pre-sales support, including solutioning, scoping, and proposal development. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem-solver who can translate business needs into effective solutions while serving as a trusted advisor to clients.Up to 25% travel may be required across the Southeast region. Candidates must be based in the United States and located in Kentucky. Key ResponsibilitiesRecommending and delivering solutions that meet customer needs and ensure the solutions (when implemented) meet the functional requirements of the customerPrepare and execute workshopsPromote process standardization and efficienciesDetermine and document detailed requirementsDesign process solutionsProvide advisory and Implementation services and solutionsConfiguration of the platform and applicationsSolution appropriately following ServiceNow Best PracticesTrain, enable, and/or educate the client on the solutionProvide post go-live supportUse knowledge of technology, products, processes, industry expertise and consultative skills to assess, recommend, educate, implement, and support customers on the value of the ServiceNow platform and driving the sale, implementation, and expansion of the ServiceNow platformContribute to proposals edit proposals and recommend contentUse domain knowledge and understanding of ServiceNow and other relevant technologies to credibly and persuasively articulate the features and benefits to the customerBuild in-depth knowledge of technical and business priorities, challenges and initiatives that can be translated into Advizex solution opportunitiesDetermine how industry trends, product announcements and advances in technology may impact the customerDevelop successful relationships with team members, partners and customersEnsure effective coordination and support between account teams and supporting technical resources Required QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, be comfortable making solution recommendations, and demonstrate the ability to design complex business solutions and clearly articulate those solutions to customers. In addition, the candidate will bring the following experience, knowledge, and attributes:ServiceNow & Technical ExperienceExperience leading or guiding ServiceNow implementations using Agile methodologiesStrong experience with ITSM and ITOMExperience delivering ServiceNow integrations with external systemsFoundational understanding of ServiceNow development concepts (e.g., scripting, configuration vs. customization, etc.) Delivery & Engagement ManagementProven ability to manage stakeholders and drive accountability through project completionExperience working within an Agile delivery model, including requirements gathering, development, and testingEngagement management experience, including planning, reporting, delivery, and project closureStrong consultative approach with the ability to communicate business process improvements clearly and effectively Business & IT AcumenPrior experience working within IT Operations outside of ServiceNow-specific rolesSolid business analysis skills, including translating business needs into technical solutionsWorking knowledge of ITIL / ITSM / SACM concepts and best practices Certifications & CredentialsServiceNow Foundational Certifications (CSA and/or CAD)ServiceNow Implementation Certifications (CIS)ServiceNow Sales Accreditations Additional RequirementsAbility to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders As an Advizex employee, you will be eligible for the following benefits and perks:Company-subsidized medical benefitsDental and vision coverage offered17 PTO daysFlexible Work ArrangementsRetirement Savings PlansPaid Long Term DisabilityBasic Life Insurance offered Pursuant to the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range in New York City for this position is $105,000- $115,000 base salary, plus opportunities for bonus and/or commission.
