This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage a large volume of candidates from initial outreach through onboarding while ensuring a strong candidate experience.You will play a key role in driving hiring success by maintaining speed, accuracy, and efficiency throughout the recruitment lifecycle.Key Responsibilities• Manage full-cycle recruiting from initial contact through background check and onboarding• Handle high-volume hiring needs, with an expectation of hiring at least 15 candidates per week• Source and engage candidates through walk-ins, phone outreach, and scheduled interviews• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit• Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and onboarding processes• Maintain accurate candidate records in Workday ATS• Partner directly with hiring managers and onsite teams to meet hiring goals• Ensure high attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
