Bus Aide 5.5 Hours Per Day

Bus AideProvides assistance to the bus driver in supervising students, to ensure a safe environment on the school bus. Assist in the safe and efficient transportation to/from school and home. Assist with supervision of students. Assist with first aid as appropriate. Assist in creating seating charts. Assist with school bus evacuations in training and when needed. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Compensation Range: $15.00/hour. A benefits package including: Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF) Paid Sick and Personal time Employee assistance program (EAP) Ability to climb in and out of a school bus. Moderate in-district travel as well as intermittent in-state and out-of-state travel. Intermittent prolonged and irregular hours of work. Temperature will fluctuate with weather conditions.
