Our client is a product company in the travel tech industry that helps remote-first companies stay compliant while they scale.Working here means you’ll have the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world while architecting & building greenfield products and features. As the company is growing rapidly, new teams are being formed to drive innovation. This includes technical enablement of the team, creating new PoCs, AI-assisted coding (Claude AI) building MVPs, and launching new product lines to further expand the platform.Here, you will work on greenfield projects. You get the chance to develop end-to-end solutions, from design to implementation. You’ll be leading a team of 5+ engineers and work alongside the product manger and report directly to the Head of Technology. Your job includes hands-on coding (40-50%), Technical Architecture, Code reviews, Mentoring Mediors & Seniors, hiring of new colleagues & toolchain innovations.
