Clients enjoy up to 60 minutes in a private contrast therapy suite with an infrared sauna, cold plunge and vitamin-C shower. Suites offer full entertainment so you can choose to unplug, meditate, listen to music or watch TV. This location is franchisee owned and operated, therefore with success in this role, there are extensive opportunities for career mobility as we expand in the Fort Worth market.About the PositionThe Sales Associate at SweatHouz Camp Bowie is responsible for delivering exceptional sales and service experiences to guests and members. This role focuses on promoting memberships while building strong relationships with clients to drive member acquisition and retention. The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in customer experience, achieving sales revenue goals and contributing to the overall growth of the business.ResponsibilitiesEffectively promote and sell memberships and packages to interested guests, demonstrating knowledge of the science of contrast therapy (will train) and ability to use a consultative approach to selling.Warmly greet guests upon arrival and ensure a hospitable experience throughout their session.Escort guests to their suites, providing assistance and information as needed to enhance their session.Work closely with the Studio Manager to achieve sales targets and strengthen member relations.Ability to participate in monthly/quarterly events outside of the studio with local brands we are partnering with.Work closely with the staff on the implementation of standard operating policies and procedures designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization.Clean and prepare suites between client sessions, ensuring a spotless and inviting environment for every guest.Conduct routine inspections of suites to uphold the studio's high standards of presentation and cleanliness.Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, and folding towels, to ensure availability of clean linens for guests.Record detailed notes in Slack concerning new guests, maintenance requests, incidence reporting, etc.Use of our platforms to text and call members and handle some administrative tasks.Requirements2+ years in sales or customer serviceHigh School Diploma or GED requiredAbility to work a minimum 20 hours per week on a consistent basisExperience with membership sales is a significant advantageMust be able to work weekendsLooking for an opener M-F 5:30 - 11:30 am and 9:30 - 5:30 on weekendsBenefitsFree SweatHouz Membership & access to Redlight Therapy Bed
