Date Down Processor

Detail-oriented and experienced in the title insurance industry, the part-time Date Down Processor will search and review property chains, verify document accuracy, and communicate with clients while working remotely with flexible hours between 6 AM and 5 PM PT. Key responsibilities Search and review property chains via computerized systems to compile information for date down searches Verify and upload results to the tracking management system Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding discrepancies and document accuracy Required qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required Two or more years of experience in the title insurance industry Knowledge of foreclosure documents and processes Operational knowledge of software systems for property and name chains Proficiency with computer title plant software search engines such as DataTrace, Data Tree, TitlePoint, and Timms
