QA Engineer

Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Manual testing of Salesforce and web applications. Conduct Salesforce testing using APIs to validate data flows and integrations. Test newly introduced or updated product features, track defects, and ensure the quality of any code changes. Review design documents to ensure testability of new features as well as the quality of the design Being a leader in setting a high bar for quality standards Create and maintain comprehensive testing documentation, including test cases and results. Develop and maintain automated tests using tools like AccelQ to improve testing efficiency. Skills: BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience 1-3 years of QA experience 1-3 years of Salesforce testing experience Have good knowledge of the Salesforce Lightning UI version. Knowledge of the Salesforce backend, including objects, fields, record types, and workflows. SOQL and SOSL Knowledge: Basic understanding of Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL) Have experience doing data migration as well as data integration testing Proficiency with a defect tracking system such as JIRA Self-sufficient, can work with minimal guidance Strong communication and teamwork skills Education: BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience Top skills: 1. Have good knowledge of the Salesforce Lightning UI version all the way from Lead to Order. Mostly should have experience with integrations. 2. Have a good knowledge in expectations via API. Knowledge of the Salesforce backend, including objects, fields, record types, and workflows. 3. SOQL and SOSL Knowledge: Basic understanding of Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL) 4. Strong in QA methodologies.
