Data Annotation & Labeling Manager - TP Greece

TP Greece is expanding its AI & Data Solutions division and building one of Europe’s strongest data annotation and labeling hubs, supporting global enterprise clients across AI, machine learning, automation, and advanced data operations.This is a senior leadership role designed for experienced Managers, Senior Managers, and operational leaders who have already led large-scale data annotation or AI data delivery programs and are ready to take end-to-end ownership of people, quality, delivery, and performance.We are looking for a seasoned Data Annotation & Labeling Manager who can operate at both strategic and execution level—someone trusted to scale teams, define quality governance, partner with senior stakeholders, and shape how AI data operations are delivered across multilingual and multimodal programs.What You’ll Own:Lead and develop annotation, review, and QA teams across multiple projects and languages.Define and enforce annotation standards, quality frameworks, and SOPs across text, audio, image, and video data.Own capacity planning, delivery timelines, and performance KPIs (quality, throughput, cost efficiency).Partner with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, PMOs, and clients to translate AI requirements into scalable delivery.Drive process optimization, tooling improvements, and automation opportunities.Contribute to the strategic roadmap of TP Greece’s AI & Data Solutions center.Ensure GDPR compliance, data security, and operational stability.What You Bring:Demonstrated ownership of large-scale data annotation or AI data operations, with accountability for quality, delivery, and team performance.5+ years in data annotation, data operations, or AI data delivery, including multi-project or enterprise client exposure.3+ years leading medium to large annotation teams, with responsibility for hiring, performance management, and succession.Hands-on experience establishing annotation standards, QA frameworks, SOPs, and operational KPIs.Strong working knowledge of annotation platforms (Labelbox, Label Studio, CVAT, Ground Truth or equivalent) and the ability to assess tooling at scale.Clear understanding of ML fundamentals and the impact of data quality on model outcomes.Comfort working with operational metrics and performance dashboards (Excel, SQL, or Python).Experience operating in fast-scaling, high-accountability environments (AI services, BPO, or tech).Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders, translating complex requirements into executable delivery plans.Why Join TP Greece?Leadership role in a fast-growing European AI & Data Solutions hub.Exposure to global enterprise clients and advanced AI projects.Competitive compensation aligned with senior-level EU talent.Clear progression to Senior Manager, Operations Lead, or AI Delivery Director roles.
