Simplot - - Responsibilities: Operate the Blueprint case packer and case erector, baggers, Ishida scales, and all supporting equipment of the Retail Line/Line 4 for optimal performance.; Efficient operation of baggers, Ishida scales and supporting equipment to meet required packaged volumes and package machines and support equipment to achieve required weights and bag and case condition.; Enters data regarding downtime into MMS.; Corrects underweight cases and slip cases as needed.; Packaging equipment and immediate area is maintained in a food sanitary manner, which meets Company standards.
