Supply Chain Sr. Associate

Sr Associate Supply Chain ComplianceJoin a large biotech pharmaceutical leader as a Sr Associate Supply Chain Compliance. This hybrid role manages temperature excursions, deviations, and CAPAs, supporting supply chain compliance across the US region. You will collaborate with global quality, supply chain, and external partners to ensure Good Distribution Practice (GDP) guidelines and continuous improvement initiatives are met.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage temperature excursion records for the US supply chain networkManage minor and major deviation records, leading root cause analysis sessionsOwn and implement CAPA and CAPA EV recordsHandle missing product notifications, including leading Event Review Team meetingsSupport audits and regulatory inspectionsMaintain up-to-date Smartsheets for deviations and missing product trackingContribute to continuous improvement and GDP compliance initiativesApply a risk-based approach and escalate issues appropriatelyCollaborate effectively with quality, IS, and external vendor organizationsRequired Experience & SkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent in Life Sciences with 2+ years of GMP/GDP compliance experienceOR 4+ years of GMP/GDP compliance experience without a Life Sciences degreeStrong knowledge of Quality Assurance, GMP, and GDP principlesProficiency with Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, Trackwise/Trekwise, Veeva, and SAPDetail-oriented with strong multitasking and teamwork abilitiesExcellent communication and technical writing skillsFluency in EnglishPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting audits and inspectionsTechnical writing expertisePrior experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industryTop 3 Must Have Skills1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Life Sciences plus 2 years' GMP/GDP compliance experience2. Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance, GMP, and GDP3.
