Negligence Plaintiff Attorney

Join a prominent law firm with over 70 years of dedicated service in the DMV region. We are currently seeking a dynamic and aggressive personal injury attorney to join our team in one of our DC, Maryland, or Virginia offices. As a key member of our team, you will be provided a high volume of Negligence cases, with an extremely competitive compensation model. We are looking for a candidate who is adept at managing a diverse caseload with varying degrees of complexity and who is ambitious and eager to make a difference within their communities. Key Responsibilities: Handle a full caseload of Negligence cases, from opening new files to creating litigation plans Autonomously manage a large volume of files, ensuring timely and efficient handling Conduct thorough reviews of incoming correspondence and medical records Engage in discovery processes, make court appearances, and actively participate in trials Maintain exceptional client interaction throughout the legal process Travel to various commissions, courts, and conferences as needed Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in handling Negligence cases of varying complexities (5+ years desired) Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues Must be licensed in DC, VA, and/or MD Benefits: Competitive compensation structure with bonuses based on production Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company paid short term/long term disability and life insurance Generous PTO 401k Flexible workspace Engaging multi-discipline environment
