Front of House Manager

**Job Title**: Front of House Manager **Location**: BT’S Restaurant, Radford, VA **Job Description**: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced **Front of House Manager** to lead our team at BT’S, a bustling restaurant located in the heart of a Radford VA, home to the Highlander’s of Radford University. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating memorable guest experiences for the Radford locals and RU students, managing a dynamic team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities**: - Oversee daily operations of the front of house, including staffing, training, and scheduling - Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high standards of hospitality - Manage reservations, guest relations, and dining room flow - Supervise and train front-of-house staff (servers, hosts, bartenders) to meet service standards - Monitor inventory levels of front-of-house supplies and ensure proper stock management - Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations **Qualifications**: - 2+ years of experience in a front-of-house or management role in the restaurant industry - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure - Knowledge of TOAST POS system is a plus - Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills - Flexible schedule, including availability on nights and weekends **Benefits**: - Competitive salary - Benefits options - Opportunities for professional growth and development - Staff meal discounts - Fun and dynamic work environment **How to Apply**: Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter to stjones3876@gmail.com with the subject line "Front of House Manager Application."
