Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, lobbies, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Conduct routine custodial tasks such as dusting, trash removal, window cleaning, and surface sanitization Operate floor care equipment including buffers and polishers to maintain high standards of cleanliness Assist with light maintenance duties like replacing light bulbs or minor repairs to ensure facilities are in top condition Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment Maintain cleanliness logs and report any facility issues or damages promptly to management Support industrial or commercial cleaning projects as needed, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently Requirements Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred; familiarity with commercial or industrial cleaning is a plus Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow proper safety procedures Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled hours Reliable team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude Embark on a rewarding part-time role where your efforts directly contribute to creating clean, safe environments.
