Apply today and let's create memorable guest experiences together!POSITION SUMMARY: The primary responsibility of the Housekeeper is to maintain clean and attractive rooms for the guests of Oxford Collection of hotels. This position is responsible for the timely and proper cleaning and sanitizing of the guestrooms on a daily basis.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: All duties and responsibilities of this position are to be performed with exceptional caring and genuine guest service upholding the Oxford Collection of hotels standards and culture at all times.Guestroom Cleaning and Sanitizing (80%):Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guestrooms. This includes completing all pre-clean duties, including but not limited to guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart setupPerform cleaning duties such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, changing linens, removing trash, and dirty linensChange and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as neededPerform deep cleaning tasks as requiredStock, maintain, and transport housekeeping supply carts dailyDispose of trash and recyclables appropriatelyKeep all hallways, public areas, and closets neat and cleanPrepare the housekeeping cleaning cart for the next day's use and report any guest-borrowed items to the housekeeping supervisorPerform all tasks in compliance with federal, state, and local food safety and sanitation requirements and Oxford Collection of hotels safety standards and security procedures. Be knowledgeable about and able to respond to emergency situations.
