Quality assurance, maintaining overhead costs, and ensuring high customer service standards are the major tasks associated with this position.Primary FunctionsFloor Care (knowledge of scrubbers or auto-buffers a plus)Cleaning of restroomsWindow cleaningRemoving of trash and recyclablesVacuuming & DustingPossible snow removalAdditional Functional / Organizational SupportWorks as part of a team to ensure the requirements of the contract are fulfilledAdditional tasks as assigned by supervisorQualifications And AttributesPrevious custodial or janitorial experienceStrong organization skills with accurate attention to detailExcellent communication skills and the ability to multi- taskGood customer service skillsAble to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to function as part of a cohesive teamEducation And ExperiencePrevious cleaning experience requiredPhysical CharacteristicsCapable of walking between buildings to get to other locationsMust be capable of standing for several hoursMust be able to moving arms back and forth in a “mopping” motionMust be able to lift >20 lbsMust be able to push a shovelMust be able to climb stairsWork alongside co-workers within 3 feetMust be able to reach overhead to get at higher locationsEOE An Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability and Veterans
