Account Executive, EnterprisePosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Account Executive, Enterprise to drive new business and expand strategic relationships for our enterprise SaaS offerings. The role focuses on fullcycle salesprospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing complex deals with large organizations. You will partner with presales, product, and customer success teams to design solutions that meet IT and business requirements, manage an accurate sales pipeline in Salesforce, and consistently exceed revenue targets.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts: prospect, qualify, present demos, negotiate terms, and close deals.Build and execute territory and account plans to identify and prioritize highvalue opportunities.Develop compelling, tailored SaaS solutions that address customers IT, security, and business needs in collaboration with technical and presales teams.Manage and maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast in Salesforce; use CRM data to drive strategic decisions.Negotiate commercial terms and contract language with procurement and legal teams to accelerate deal closure.Coordinate crossfunctional resources (solutions engineering, product, customer success) to ensure smooth handoffs and shared customer success plans.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer briefings to generate demand and strengthen relationships.Track competitive and market intelligence to position our products effectively and adapt sales tactics.QualificationsBachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.5+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota selling SaaS solutions.Demonstrated success closing complex, multistakeholder deals with average contract values in the enterprise range.Handson experience with Salesforce CRM for pipeline management, forecasting, and sales reporting.Strong understanding of IT environments, cloud infrastructure, security, and enterprise procurement processes.Excellent consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior executives.Selfmotivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fastpaced, targetdriven environment; willingness to travel as required.Experience working crossfunctionally with product, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver a superior customer experience.
