Full Stack Software Engineer – TypeScript, Node, CI/CD, Automated Testing

Open-ended Contract Contract Rate is DOERemote but MUST be based in Dallas/Fort WorthMust have strong CI/CD and automated testingAI-forward role; experience with modern AI coding tools Summary:The Full Stack Software Engineer is responsible for:Build full-stack web applications: responsive front-end UIs plus the APIs, services, and data models behind them.Design and integrate REST APIs across internal and third-party systems: Salesforce, Databricks, Cloudflare, and Azure services.Champion CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure as code, automating across the lifecycle from build to deployment to monitoring.Own reliability, scalability, code quality, and continuous delivery in a full DevOps model.Use modern AI coding tools to accelerate design, implementation, testing, and documentation.Qualifications include: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including full-stack delivery.Strong full-stack proficiency with modern JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and a modern web framework such as Next.js/React, including designing and consuming REST APIs.Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines, testing cultures, and automation in a DevOps model.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, strong SQL and relational database design, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.Architecture depth: able to guide scalable system design and set quality standards.Comfortable working through ambiguity and making sound technical tradeoffs without heavy process or structure.Able to work directly with business users: ask the right questions, set clear priorities, and communicate across engineering, leadership, and customer-facing contexts.Fluent with modern AI-assisted development, with the architectural and engineering fundamentals to direct these tools effectively and validate what is built is correct.Demonstrated ability to independently drive projects from requirements through production.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Databricks or modern data/lakehouse platformsSalesforce integrationBackground in financial services, lending, or asset managementAbout PRGWith 20+ years of success in the staffing industry, Peyton Resource Group focuses on matching talent to the precise needs of our clients.
