Key ResponsibilitiesManage onboarding engagements and create training plans for retail staff on utilizing the Toast product Conduct remote site assessments and document the installation of the Toast POS system Provide post-live support and guidance to customers during their first 30 days of usageRequired QualificationsProfessional-level fluency in both English and Spanish 4+ years of experience in customer satisfaction and business operations 1+ years of experience in project management or implementation roles Experience with project management tools such as Salesforce and Asana Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
