Software Support Services Specialist

Basic Software Systems is seeking qualified candidates to train and support our clients on our Dealership Management System software. Our packaged software includes Inventory Control, Point of Sale Invoicing, Full Accounting (A/R, A/P, General Ledger), Payroll, Service, and Rental applications. The Support Services Specialist identifies customers' business needs, advises, and assists the customer in implementing solutions. Specialists train/assist customers with the ongoing use of customized software systems.
