We're looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator / Foreman to join our team and lead crews on a variety of projects.Position Overview:This dual-role position requires a hands-on leader who can operate heavy machinery while supervising and coordinating job site activities. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, extensive equipment experience, and a commitment to safety and productivity.Key Responsibilities:Operate heavy equipment such as Pulverizers and Specialty SpreadersLead and supervise crew members on-site to ensure project goals are metPlan daily work activities and delegate tasks effectivelyEnsure compliance with all safety regulations and company policiesConduct routine equipment inspections and basic maintenanceCommunicate with project managers, subcontractors, and team membersMonitor job progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlinesQualifications:5+ years of experience operating heavy equipment2+ years of foreman or supervisory experience preferredStrong knowledge of construction practices and safety standardsValid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required)Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsOSHA certification is a plusBenefits:Competitive pay based on experience ($60,000 to $150,000 Annually)Health, dental, and vision insuranceCompany paid life insurancePaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for advancementCompany-provided equipment and safety gearSchedule:Monday to Friday (with overtime and weekend work as needed)Join our team and help build projects that make a difference!Powered by JazzHR
