Title: Experienced Auto Repair General Manager Job Description: Green Auto Plus is opening its second auto repair and used car sales location in Quincy, MA, with an 8-lift, state-of-the-art garage; we are seeking an experienced Auto Repair Manager. We are looking for the right candidate to take over the service department, with a vision of success to take us to the next level. The Automotive Manager helps lead a team of service professionals to deliver exceptional value and satisfaction to our customers continuously. (MUST HAVE AUTO REPAIR MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE) Responsibilities: Plan, train, lead, and monitor the performance of service advisors, service technicians, and support staff to promote 100% customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Create an environment conducive to managing daily workflow effectively and efficiently. Utilize pricing parameters and strategies to generate profit. Interview, hire, and mentor service advisors and technicians. Advance manufacturer relationships to promote our products and services. Advertising and social media Qualifications: Five years of automotive managerial experience. Successful track record with service experience. Valid Driver's License. Experience: Service writing: 3 years (Required). Automotive Service: 3 years (Required). Automotive Management: 3 years (Preferred). Mitchell 1 Software Experience Location: Quincy, MA Job Type: Full-time Shift: 10-hour shift with weekend availability. Open Mon-Sat. Pay: is up to $120,000.00 per year., based on experience.
